- Collect, preserve and update information on a regular basis .
- Provide information services and Support sections, Units and committees Faculty of Pharmacy .
- Oversee the activation of electronic transactions and to provide technical solutions to all employees of the Faculty and affiliates to exercise their functions effectively and efficiently shift -mail and application (جامعة بلاورق).
- Oversee the activities of the college and events .
- Provide technical and IT solutions for the delivery of programs and events in the college.
- Provide training and evidence -tariff regulations , policies and programs in the college.
- Managing website of the Faculty of Pharmacy and webpages of all the faculty.

- Issuance rules, systems and regulations of the electronic and informatics college and supervision of the college news .
