  • • Following up on the implementation of tasks and maintaining high-quality work in accordance with established procedures and objectives.
  • • Supervising the management and maintenance of the College's facilities.
  • • Applying specific procedures for receiving, processing, and exporting transactions and distributing them within the College."

Employees Affairs Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the College Administration Director. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • • Implementing all regulations related to the management of college employees.
  • • Preparing and receiving all correspondence related to individual affairs and employment relationships.
  • • Maintaining and updating employee files.
  • • Establishing and maintaining follow-up and reporting systems for employee actions and attendance at work.

The department is further divided into several administrative units, including contractor affairs, staff affairs, teaching, administrators, technicians, and administrative follow-up.

Financial Affairs Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the College Administration Director. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • •Implementing all regulations related to compensating and disbursing financial dues to college employees.
  • • Monitoring the implementation and disbursement of financial decisions.
  • • Preparing correspondence related to employees’ financial claims.
  • • Overseeing the disbursement of allowances and end-of-service entitlements.
  • • Managing financial pledges to secure the college’s supplies.
  • • Distributing rewards to internship year students.

The Purchasing and Warehouses Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the College Administration Director. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • • Implementing all regulations, systems, and instructions for procuring the college's equipment, office supplies, educational materials, laboratory and research supplies, and chemicals.
  • • Preparing and completing forms with various college departments to submit to the relevant authorities for procuring needed items and maintaining records of inventory, receipt, destruction, and transfer of administrative and personal agreements.
  • • Procuring urgent necessities through direct purchases, soliciting offers, and awarding supply and receipt contracts to delegates.
  • • Storing, managing, and distributing chemicals, laboratory supplies, and office supplies according to the requirements of different college departments.

The department is further divided into several administrative units, including the warehouse unit, reports and needs insurance unit, and direct purchasing unit.

The Department of Public Relations and Media is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the College Administration Director. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • • Organizing all activities, events, and functions related to the college.
  • • Coordinating visits and receiving visitors.
  • • Collecting and showcasing all of the college's achievements and creating reports on them.
  • • Publishing college news.
  • • Monitoring and managing various communication channels.

The Support Services Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the College Administration Director. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • • Receiving maintenance requests from various college departments and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
  • • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation and approval of maintenance work.
  • • Overseeing the cleanliness of the building and ensuring that college corridors comply with occupational safety and health regulations.
  • • Submitting requests for the restoration and repair of college buildings and following up on their implementation.
  • • Preparing all reports related to building safety and maintenance work.

The Administrative Communications Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the College Administration Director. Its primary responsibilities include:

  • • Receiving all incoming transactions for the college and forwarding them to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • • Sending out transactions from the college to all departments, entities within the college, the university, or external parties.
  • • Tracking the delivery and receipt of all college-related transactions.
  • • Archiving transactions, both electronically and on paper.
  • • Responding to inquiries regarding incoming or outgoing transactions.
  • • Monitoring the progress of transactions through the administrative communications system.

The department is further divided into several administrative units, including the outgoing unit, incoming unit, and correspondents unit.

The Information Technology and Technical Support Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the college administration director and is divided into two units: the Information Technology Unit and the Technical Support Unit. The Information Technology Unit is responsible for:

  • • Updating all information and publishing news related to the college through the college’s website.
  • • Designing materials and graphics.
  • • Receiving and submitting requests for specialized educational programs from various scientific departments to the relevant authorities.
  • • Ensuring the provision and installation of these programs on computers.

The Technical Support Unit is responsible for:

  • • Receiving requests for technical support.
  • • Maintaining laboratory and office equipment and updating them with necessary programs.
  • • Implementing the university’s technical and cybersecurity policies.
  • • Overseeing the work of internal servers, including requests for maintenance and workflow within the college.
  • • Handling maintenance requests for network connection points and Wi-Fi networks within the college.

The Follow-up Department is an administrative unit directly under the supervision of the department director. It is responsible for tracking all transactions issued by the college, ensuring they reach the relevant authorities. The department also monitors the college's requests and works towards their fulfillment. In cases where the desired outcome is not achieved, it provides special responses and submits periodic reports on its activities.
